If you're not sure which nail care regime is right for you, our experts can help recommend a bespoke nail care programme tailored to your nail type and concern. Delivery & Returns

What delivery options are there?

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders over £30 is free: for all orders from the day of dispatch, Royal Mail aims to deliver the package within 24 hours. Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders under £30 is £4.50. For all orders from the day of dispatch, Royal Mail aims to deliver the package within 24 hours. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? We currently do not ship orders to locations outside of the UK. However, you can purchase Leighton Denny products via our approved supplier, Nail Polish Direct, for international delivery.

Where's my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link to track your order via Royal Mail.


If your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. Please include your order number and description of the issue together with images of any damage.

Can I return an item?

We hope that you will be pleased with your products and we're committed to providing quality products to our customers. However, if there is a need to return item(s) bought from, to receive an exchange or refund, the following process must be followed:

Notification of problems should be made either to our Customer Service Team by email or by telephone 0113 243 9121 within 3 working days of your order having been delivered. Please email us an image of any damaged parcels or products. We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product(s). If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The product(s) must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Unless an item is faulty, for healthy, safety and hygiene reasons, if the product packaging has been opened, then we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

The product(s) must not have been opened/used and must be in a fully resalable condition.

The product(s) must be accompanied by a copy of the dispatch note or invoice together with the reason for return.

Only items purchase at the official website will be considered for a refund or replacement. We cannot accept any products purchased through alternative retailers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and is being processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order. If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to amend the order for you. In which case please contact us.

How do I get my free gift?

Once your cart has the £40 value of qualifying products, a 'Free Gift With Purchase' will appear in your cart. It is limited to one gift per order. The gift will be dispatched with your chosen items from your qualifying order of products. The gift cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you return an order that qualified for a gift, it can only be returned if the gift is also returned.

What is the Crystal Nail File Guarantee?

Leighton Denny Crystal Nail Files purchased for personal use from an authorised retailer, are covered by our 25-year guarantee. The 25-year guarantee is valid for the filing surface only, and if the filing surface goes blunt, but not if it has been misused (including being used on artificial nails), or the file has broken. The guarantee does not cover print, embellishments or the case. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.

What nail treatment is right for me?

When it comes to nail care, just like skincare, there are different nail types and using targeted treatments will give you the best results.

The most common nail types are thin, weak, fragile and dry, brittle, ridged nails. As a general guide, here's how to tell what your nail type is and the recommended nail treatment regimes.

Ridged, peeling nails - the nail looks dull and is ridged or peeling. Recommended treatment is RENOVATE.

Damaged nails - the nail looks dry & damaged, possibly from artificial overlays. Recommended treatment is NAIL REBIRTH.

Brittle, dry nails - the nail is hard, brittle and snaps easily. Recommended treatment is HYDRA-FLEX.

Thin, weak, fragile nails - the nail is soft, bends easily and may peel or split at the tip. Recommended treatment is ACTIVE-BUILD.
