How to use:

Step 1: Seal the tips of your nails with the CRYSTAL FILE then gently use the ‘Refine’ side of the DUPLEX BUFFER over the tips of your nails to ‘super seal’ them, and then gently exfoliate the nail plate with the same side.

Step 2: For the next 14 days keep your nails natural (nail polish free) and apply one NAIL REBIRTH capsule* to all 10 nails on your fingers and toes (this is usually best at night). Once you have completed the 14-day NAIL REBIRTH capsules treatment, you can then move on to using the RENOVATE cream and DUPLEX BUFFER.

Step 3: After completing the 14 days of NAIL REBIRTH, you can then alternate with RENOVATE. Apply a small dot of RENOVATE cream onto the centre of each nail. Massage into the nail and cuticle until fully absorbed. Avoid getting cream on the buffer. Using the ‘Shine’ side of the buffer, buff lightly from side to side to seal in the cream and add a natural shine to the nail.

Apply RENOVATE cream twice daily on bare nails – once in the morning and once in the evening is ideal. DUPLEX 1 ‘Refine’ should only need to be used every 2-3 months and used on the new nail growth only.

For maintenance, continue to use NAIL REBIRTH & RENOVATE alternatively once a week, and keep your tips sealed by continuing to use the CRYSTAL NAIL FILE.

Note: Allow at least 4 hours for the RENOVATE cream to be absorbed into the nail before applying nail colour, if using, as adhesion would be affected by the essential oils in the product.
