How to use:

Unlike traditional nail files, you can file back and forth with the Crystal Nail File making it quick and easy to use. Don’t apply too much pressure – the file will do the work for you. The unique surface glides along the nail edge, simply turning the nail to dust and sealing the nail edge to help prevent splitting and peeling at the tips.

The Trio Buffer is simple and easy to use, as each surface is clearly marked with its function. Always buff nails from side to side across the nail. When using the buffer for the first time, use all three sides. Thereafter use Side 1 on new nail growth only, Side 2 every 2-3 weeks and Side 3 as often as required. Only use a few strokes and be careful not to over-buff the nail.

Use the Crystal Foot File when the feet are dry or slightly damp after showering or soaking. First use surface 1. REMOVE in circular movements, concentrating on the heel, ball, and the sides of the foot to remove any thickened problem skin. Use surface 2. SMOOTH to smooth and perfect the sole/heel. This smoother side will also help prevent further hard skin build up from coming back as quickly.
